Professional Experience

Kerry is a forty-year veteran in the commercial real estate development and construction industry. Kerry brings best practice commercial real estate experience to Prestige Development Properties from his tenure at Altera Development, PM Realty Group, Champion Partners, Cabot, and Forbes in addition to leadership roles at some of DFW’s top tier design build construction companies. His real estate experience includes all facets of commercial real estate. This includes development/construction management, property acquisition, property redevelopment, zoning/entitlements, project financing, property disposition, and property management. Kerry has been involved in approximately $4B dollars of commercial real estate transactions both on a national and local level. Kerry’s experience spans across education, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial, corporate build-to-suit, and retail market sectors. His clientele includes Nestle, Lear, Mercedes, O’Neal Steel, Microsoft, Perrier, Hunt Wesson, Comp USA, Marriott, Wells Real Estate Funds, Common Fund, Crowe Holdings, Baylor Medical, Tenet Health and Universal Health Realty Income Trust.

Kerry’s ability to work with corporate clientele to assist and develop real estate strategies, evaluate current facilities, future real estate needs, and financial goals is the key to his ability to maximize value for clients and investors. Kerry embraces a focused approach to strategic development implementing a proven process of setting high standards for projects, establish financial and quality control goals as well as inspiring collaborative team environments.

Personal

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. His past professional affiliations include serving as a member of The Real Estate Council and the Texas A&M Association of Former Students. Today he enjoys time with his grandkids, golfing and hunting with close friends. He enjoys spending time with his wife and her ongoing non-profit ministry activities.
