PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Monty is highly detailed oriented architect who practiced over 21 years for national architectural firms and then took a position in a real estate development organization (PMRG) spending over 10 years as the in house “Developer Architect” serving in a Senior development capacity. His professional work experience is over a variety of market segments from Retail/Entertainment Mixed-use, Hospitality, Corporate Office, Residential low and Highrise, education, and medical.  His project resume consists of more than two billion dollars of multifamily housing in Texas, Florida, and Georgia, numerous large-scale healthcare projects totaling a half billion dollars in value and several corporate head quarter projects totaling a half a billion dollars. Monty clientele includes The Hanover Company, Gables Residential, Homz Global, Trammell Crow, Champion Partners, Microsoft, Yahoo, Common Fund, United Health Trust, Tenet Health, East Alabama Medical Center, Decatur General Hospital, City of Birmingham, and Jefferson County. Monty has a proven track record in land planning and design innovation through collaboration with several design professionals, clients, and municipalities to deliver projects on time and within the project goals.

PERSONAL:

Monty currently resides in Orange Beach Alabama and is affiliated with his Property Owners Association and is an active Member of his neighborhood Men’s Club which contributes funds to local charities.  He enjoys his family, nature hikes, hunting and open water fishing whenever his schedule allows.
