PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Jeff brings extensive real estate experience to the team from his tenure as a CFO from The Duke Companies, Sierra Financial, Ltd, SCG Realty Services, Inc. (Security Capital Group), Verde Apartment Communities, Ltd. (Verde Realty Group), Colonial Properties, Inc. and Stratum 8 RE LLC. Jeff has worked with numerous equity partners, private equity groups and lenders in capitalizing over one billion dollars in real estate developments. These developments have been in the multi-family, commercial industrial, retail, single family, and self-storage sectors nationwide.
Jeff has also been involved in all steps of the development process as a hands-on CFO, as well as overseeing property and asset management, insurance, tax and finance disciplines. Jeff founded a fractional CFO company over 25 years ago and is well versed in numerous industries and various financial matters. He has also testified in several bankruptcy courts nationwide as a Financial Advisor and Expert Witness in federal courts on reorganizations, asset sales and liquidations.
PERSONAL:
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Iowa and received the CPA designation in 1982. Jeff also serves on Boards of Directors for his current Investment entities, clients from his fractional CFO company and a ministry. He is a member of Gateway Church and he and his family resides in DFW.
