PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Paul is a licensed Architect with over 40 years of experience with sophisticated projects across the USA and Internationally. He enjoys a collaborative approach with all parties involved to achieve a successful outcome. He is LEED accredited, a member of ULI and knowledgeable in various project management methods in both the public and private sector. His professional experience includes, Corporate Office, Interior Workspaces, Hospitality, University Campus Housing, Multifamily, Live Performance Venues, Medical, Mission Critical (NASA & Microsoft), R&D Tech, Industrial and Zoning-Land Planning of Work/Live/Play Communities.Paul has a proven record of leadership with AEC teams to assess site/infrastructure, access logistics, and necessary design approach to delivery and achieve the project goals. He has also served on design award committees and boards with the AIA.
​PERSONAL:
After years of living in Dallas (after moving back from the Pacific NW in 1997), Paul now resides on rural property justeast of Dallas near Rockwall, Texas. He enjoys spending time with his family, 10 grandkids, his church life group andclose friends golfing and just hanging out at various live music and historic dancehall venues across Texas.
